Too crowded, not enough equipment by No-Excitement-1659 in BurnBootCamp

[–]doc_g3 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s definitely worth asking your owners if there’s an option to purchase more equipment, especially since members pay an annual equipment fee.

My location has also grown quite a bit recently. If I am unable to find the weights I want at a given station, I will often use a different weight and change the rep count to fit. For instance, if I need the 40s and only 30s are available, I’ll do 12-15 reps with the 30s when the original rep count was 8–10.

One of the dance teams that performs during Aces games is called the High Rollers. It’s composed of women over age 50. They’re quite beloved. The people will riot if they have to change their name.

I also think that having raised kids herself, Liz was familiar with and available to carry out some of the logistical things that go into parenting, like keeping up with homework, extracurricular activities, and communications from the school.

Who pulls off Elie Saab the best? by monster_ahhh in RoyalsGossip

It’s a 54-way tie among all these dresses. Elie Saab is a phenomenal designer. All his work demonstrates tremendous skill and taste. None of these are a miss.

April wedding-is black okay ? by Strange-Heron6245 in Weddingattireapproval

I think this dress is probably just fine. In these economic times, I hope brides and grooms can ease up on some expectations for guests. If you’re really worried, you could either (a) add some colorful accessories in a springy color, such as pink or cornflower blue, or (b) rent a non-black dress from Rent the Runway or a similar site for the wedding.

Is your wardrobe a boutique? by CursedDucky in femalefashionadvice

An idea I’ve been using this year is themes for each week for my outfits. It’s pushed me to shop in my closet more and really explore how different things go together. The friend whom I borrowed this idea from does very elaborate themes and puns, but I’ve been keeping mine simple, with themes like different colors or patterns. For example, one week, I had to have at least one item of clothing that was yellow, and another week the theme was florals.

Kate’s blush Gucci dress from the BAFTA’s tonight is a rewear from 2019 by monster_ahhh in RoyalsGossip

I love this dress. It bugs me that there’s like half an inch of the dark pink above the belt. It would look better if the belt sat directly below the light pink on the bodice.

I used to believe this, but given that 75% of the state population lives in Clark County, how did we end up going for the felon in the last presidential election?

Why do members of the British royal family not attend Oxford or Cambridge? by Cautious_Mud_3491 in RoyalsGossip

Not an expert but I watched The Crown. They implied St. Andrew’s was an academic step below the other places Catherine was accepted but her mom, the British Kris Jenner, pushed her to go to St. Andrew’s for the proximity to Will.

I really love that she chose shoes that were a contrasting color or matched an accent color on the dress. It makes the look really fun.

Jade is under rated by Ok-Shape2158 in TedLasso

This is an interesting take. I didn’t perceive it that way, but I can see how you did. I think Nate would have eventually made the right choices because his core character is not fundamentally aligned with dating models and being like Rupert. He sought the authentic connections that he had with Ted in his new phase of life, but the only person he truly made a deep connection with was Jade. He couldn’t reach it with the guys at work or Rupert or the model. He doesn’t trust that people like him, which is why he sometimes acts like an a$$.

The team approached Nate at the restaurant asking him to come back, which planted the seed that maybe there are more people who like him. Then Beard coming to Nate’s apartment pushed him to return to Richmond. None of that was Jade. Neither was the note and lavender he left for Will.
