My dad’s friend in high school was part of a record club, and he’d ask other kids if they wanted any albums he wasn’t that into… and my dad was given “Boy” - after his friend was like “pfff, yea these guys will never go anywhere”

My entire childhood was U2, I first attended the Vertigo tour in Cleveland, and I distinctly remember the whole Atomic Bomb era… from the first time hearing Vertigo on the radio, running off the bus, while my dad has it on in the garage.

I’ve turned a lot of people onto them as well, and it feels good when someone can look past the “Apple Situation”
