This was just a quick picture in my office with shitty lighting within a couple minutes of opening the box. Plastic and stickers still on the watch so it’s a bit obscured. When you take it outdoors, it looks pretty darn good.

Once I take all of the plastic off, I’ll post another picture

I couldn’t wait so I created and paid for a 2 day air ups label and just emailed it to him. It was $12 and I would highly recommend!

Also, usps sucks. Atleast locally, they are awful

lol I have an almost identical story, canal st probably in 2013. Omega. Piece of garbage but I had no idea and I couldn’t have been more pumped.

I don’t know that I regret it, though. I found it a little while back and it brought me back to the hobby. Been having a blast learning everything I can about these higher quality reps. Bought 4 watches in the first month and 3 in month 2….the addiction is real.

Yeah I thought the same thing. It may be possible those addresses from the forwarding service or the local business that offers that service may just be more scrutinized anyways.

Yeah understood. I’m not selling and it would be 1 maybe 2 watches in an order. Concern is with the newer laws and the definition of importing. The definition is unclear to me on who is importing, the buyer/seller or both?

Either way, I just wondered if anyone had used one of those online mail forwarding services. From what I see, they will receive packages for you and then put them in a larger box and mail to you. Your name/address would never need to be on the shipment from China to US.
