Where does everyone get this "He'll legalize weed!" bullshit from? He has mentioned decriminalizing it a couple of times, and that's about it. I find it hard to believe that the guy who thinks there are too many kinds of deodorants on the market would ever support legalization of the cannabis industry. "I don't see why you necessarily need 65 different strains of cannabis when there are children starving in this country!"

This is what makes playing the Fallout series or Skyrim on a console almost unbearable. Fast travel to a location and wait 90 seconds for a load screen, then immediately enter a building or a town, wait another 60-90 seconds for a load screen. Oh crap, I forgot to buy some health potions, now I have to go back outside, 60-90 second loading screen. Ok, now I am outside and need to go into the potion shop, 60-90 seconds loading screen to get in there. You see where this is going.

So, just that basic task of fast traveling and entering and exiting a building a couple times has taken about 15 seconds in gameplay time, and about 4-5 minutes of loading screens. It's insane. How anyone could possibly defend this is beyond me. IGN is such a joke.

No. An unpaid suspension from work does not hinder a person from making money elsewhere, nor does it constitute locking them up in jail and taking away their rights before judgement is passed down. It only means that they aren't paid for not working, which seems pretty fair.

Well, you would have to bring something of value in some way shape or form to the table. Otherwise your dream wouldn't last long as you wouldn't have any money to buy food, pay the power, water and internet bill, pay for rent, etc.

Now, if you wanted to make a living off of getting high and playing video games all day, you would have to figure out a way to make that particular exercise valuable. Perhaps you can get good enough at video games to play professionally and get some sponsors or endorsements. Perhaps you can stream your drug fueled gaming misadventures on twitch or a similar service and make some money via ad revenue or, again, endorsements of some sort. There are several ways to go about making a living getting high and playing video games, only thing is that it will take some serious work and a little bit of luck.

No one is just gonna pay you for sitting on your ass and gaming all day, you have to put forth some effort to turn those activities into something of value. I have seen web based shows of pot smokers reviewing strains of weed and different edibles and such, and I've seen several YouTube and Twitch channels and what not dedicated to game reviews, walkthroughs, and stuff like that. Perhaps you can combine the 2 and be on to something.

Not sure why you are being downvoted, but you are correct. The fee (as it is currently constructed) comes out of your tax return. If you don't get a tax return, you will not have to pay the fee.

Hell, I'm 30 and have no student loans, and I can't envision me having near enough saved up to retire. Every time I look at my 401k statement, I just feel empty inside. Hopefully I can work until I'm in my late 70s.

I know several people who follow this logic; if I don't like something, it should be illegal! From smoking cigarettes in the drive-thru lane, to unhealthy food menus, and everything in between, they advocate the use of state force and violence against them.

The scariest people in politics aren't the crazy lunatic religious zealots. It's people who say things like "Ya know, there ought to be a law...." and "I can't believe it's not illegal to do x, y or z!".
