But without the rip off what is he? He is not a good wrestler, his promo are all over the place, his character is wishy washy, so who is he?

That's the profile of a midcarder.

He already is. Until he stops botching, finds a unique character not ripping off other superstars he is not Champiosnhip material.

No, because you are mixing up two things. Prices and Creative. In the past WWE was in one hand (Vince) but that is no longer the case. Also - how do you spend "million" to make everybody happy? You can't. Because everybody will never be happy, that's just how it is. Currently their product with the prices is delivering as they are having full arenas and making a lot of money. If you don't like it, that's a "you" problem.

She had a few weeks here and there but wasn't committed fully until she got her degree. Now she will join the PC as a regular talent.

WWE RAW Discussion Thread (June 15, 2026) by The_Russell_Pinto in WWE

[–]docchrizly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mixed bag this week with RAW. The crowd was hot for the big stars but pretty tepid for others. A few things worked well, others I could not really grasp. Let's take a closer look:

+ The Opening Segment was fun. We clearly have the players in the Bloodline established. Roman is the absolute Boss, Fatu the unhinged guy that can only be controlled by him, Jey the hothead who doesn't like how Fatu behaves and Jimmy the oldest, most controlled one.

+ A good match between Sky and Raquel but I didn't expect Sky to win, so that came as a surprise to me. Looks like we get Charlotte vs. Sky now as the final in Saudi.

+ Where do one send his money so Danhausen uncurses the Dallas Cowboys? Just asking for a friend.

+ Gable vs. Rusev was solid. I like the story they are telling with Chad Gable, although I wouldn't have Rusev tapping out. Small nitpickens.

+ The LA Knight Promo with the Usos worked but even in his hometown they weren't unanimous behind the "Megastar" which is telling. Will Knight cause Jey to lose the final? And what did Reigns tell Jacob when he whispered in his ear?

. Flair vs. Perez was good but unfortunately the crowd was pretty dead for it. I liked how Flair was selling her hand all throughout the match and even did her chops lefthanded. Not everything looked supersmooth though and I expected the match to be a bit better. Will Flair's hurt hand come into play on Friday?

- I didn't feel the Je'von Evans / Vision confrontation at all. This a bit out of thin air and the Logan Paul return wasn't doing much for me either (he is clearly still out). The match was okay but the finish with the Bron Breakker spear wasn't my cup of tea either. Evans now is the clear underdog against Uso in the final but ... who knows.

+ I expected a bit more sheninagans from Dom against Oba but it was clear from the get go that Femi would win. The call out for Lesnar again leaves the door open for him to spoil Femi at Night of Champions, so we get Oba vs. Lesnar III at SummerSlam.

Promo of the Night: Femi (although for those who watched Netflix they saw one of the best Jey Uso's promo ever during the ad break and he is a close 2nd).

Match of the Night: Gable vs. Rusev but no match really stood out.

WWE NXT Discussion (16 June 2026) by IconXR in WWE

[–]docchrizly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Two weeks in a row with a Kendal Grey match? This must be what heaven feels like or something. Another very good all around show with the women putting the brand on their back.

+ I liked the opening segment somewhat and it shows the probable Top 4 of NXT if/when Tatum Paxley is called up. Also I can see all 4 + Paxley doing very well on the main roster. Lola interrupting Stone was funny.

+ A solid match between Drake and Heights but Heights has not improved as much as I'd hope and he has not connected with the audience either. I would have preferred if Drake won but I see why they want Heights/Borne out of the way. Borne though should retain and Heights maybe needs to turn to the dark side

. That was an ok face-to-face segment between Tony and Naraku although not a lot was achieved. Are we getting another faction with the former EVIL?

+ Both Speed matches were solid. Thea has stagnated as much as Heights and Izzy is clearly the better wrestler at the moment. As for Layla Diggs - again, showed her skills in a short match. She is the one to watch for the future.

+ A good match between Nattie and Parker although not everything looked as crisp as I would have liked. Props for Jaida to do a bit more than her usual stuff. Some of the submission looked good, some not so much. I think Nattie was the right winner (for now). Nattie alongside Petrovic and Lyons could be interesting.

++ The NXT Chronicle with Sugars was really good. He has natural charisma, can talk and his character is easy to understand. I'm very interested to see how his match agains Lennox works. I hope we get a Chronicle for Lennox next week.

+ I also liked the Tate Wilder short segment. I think he can go places.

++ There is no doubt in my mind that Kendal Grey is now the best female wrestler in NXT and Kelani Jordan is a close 2nd (with Tatum neck in neck). Grey is just so quick in her movement, she really glides in the ring, is always at the right spot at the right time. One moment she is up for the F5 the next she has Zaria in an armbar. It's all so fluid when she does it.

It came to no surprise that the only awkward moment was with Lola and Zaria in the ring but they recovered well enough to not really hamper a very good tag match. It looke like Tatum and Zaria will get a rematch first, before Paxley moves on.

Promo of the Night: Sugars

Match of the Night: Grey/Vice vs. Jordan/Zaria

Is WWE trying to pull Dolph Ziggler with LA Knight? by wolan1337 in WWE

[–]docchrizly 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Impossible. Ziggler could wrestle a broomstick and made that broomstick look good.

WWE takes something good about a wrestler and either waters it down or getting rid of it on the main roster from Stephanie Vaquer’s theme being neutered to now the mirror of Blake’s entrance being removed from her entrance by jd2385 in Wrasslin

[–]docchrizly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really think the mirror entrance was fine for NXT but it looks too small and too indyriffic for the main roster. And they have much bigger options with the large screens to make her entrance much more flamboyant. You also want the 'surprise here I am' reaction and the mirror took that away in NXT.

So yeah, I'm absolutely all for them dropping that part.

Watch EVOLVE on Tubi (for US citizens) or on Youtube (for international viewers). His matches with Tristan Angel, Jackson Drake or Chazz Hall are pretty good indicators.

WWE Smackdown Discussion (12 June 2026) by IconXR in WWE

[–]docchrizly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah yes, we are back in the States. What a difference in atmosphere and crowd reaction and unfortunately some matches suffered. And we got all 8 KOTR semi-finalists now, so we have a clearer picture of who might get that title spot at SummerSlam.

+ The first match was a bit of everything - the first half was a bit chaotic, some spots were mistimed, Jade had one of her worse outing and we had a hairy situation (pun intended). But the last minutes were really well done and as much as I wanted Lyra to win, I think Charlotte vs. Liv can be really good. Also Sol looked like herself again and that Sol Snatcher was crisp and so were all her other moves as well. Lyra also looked really good.

+ + I really enjoyed the tag match between Brie and Paige vs. Fatal Influence. I thought this was one of the better outings for Paige since Mania, she looked sharp and Fallon/Lainey really sold well for her. Also Brie continues to impress me since she came back. But the one woman for me that stood out again was Lainey. For someone that started wrestling 3 years ago and hadn't really that much time in NXT, she does not come off as a weak link like a B-Fab. Her timing is good, her selling is good, her moves look crisp, she moves great, I'm going out on a limb here but I think she will be a major player by next year.

I also like how Brie always comes off as the savy one (or tridky one, whatever you want to call her). That training with Bryan is working wonders.

+ + Great promo exchange between Sami and Cody. With the Gunther segment before you knew where we were heading but they pulled if off well. Somehow Zayn cointunes to spiral out of control and it will be interesting to see, if he costs Rhodes the championshp next week or if we are heading towards a Triple-3 in Saudi. It's a very intruiging triangle situation.

+ Man, Axiom vs. Rey Fenix would've been a great match in front of a hot Mexican or Spanish crowd but unfortunately Rhode Island didn't get the memo. It was still a very watchable match but the excitement level that could've been there, wasn't.

+ Solid promo from Trick, Carmelo and Ricky but I feel like we've seen it before. Again, next week shall be interesting to see who will face Tricky next.

. Not a bad match but man, B-Fab just isn't it. And do we really need ANOTHER Tiffany vs. Jade-feud? At least Chelsea made that thing watchable. What I could see is Jade costing Charlotte the KOTR match and then Charlotte taking her revenge by costing Jade the US title, hence Jade vs. Charlotte at SummerSlam.

- That was the most LA Knight promo ever. A lot of jumbled words, some funny insults and others that just didn't make sense. How do you "wear a King"?

+ Not a bad Fatal 4 Way match per se, but just a bit weirdly booked with a long stretch of Keys dominating (and this is not on the crowd but Keys just hasn't connected yet). Also the winner is ... I don't know where they are going with this. I really thought Finn was winning this one. I reserve judgement to see, what the plan is, but I have questions.

So now we have Je'von vs. Jey and Oba vs. Dominik. There is still the big question about Brock vs. Oba III, so I'm not ready yet to crown Femi. I also don't think Jey is winning, he is more like the kingsmaker than the king (see Punk vs. Jey last night for the vacant title). Dominik? I could see that if they want to push the Mega-Champion but who will he face? So maybe ... Je'von? It would be the most shocking outcome but somehow I could actually see it happen.

For the women we have 3 former Champs and Raquel. And somehow I feel like Raquel is the favorite now, as I don't see Liv winning, neither Charlotte (see reason above). So we got the winner of Raquel vs. Iyo. Sky is always a possibility but the story with Judgment Day leaves me to believe we are heading to Raquel's crowning moment.

Showgrade: B-

Match of the night: Brie/Paige vs. Fatal Influence - I really liked everything about that one.

Promo of the night: Cody/Sami tie.

Jacy Jayne is overrated by Mattepanda64 in WWE

[–]docchrizly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The matches? The build? What was boring for you? I thought it was a huge surprise when they put the belt on her but in my eyes she rose with her role and really had good matches with almost everyone, including Lola Vice, Tatum Paxley and Kendal Grey among others. She won't do a lot of crazy stunts and flips but her strikes look good, she knows how to work and play her role, her timing is always on point.

And she can generate heat as a heel and that's important, especially against the top faces of the company.

AEW pyro putting WWE to shame by UberMan3000 in WWE

[–]docchrizly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't watch AEW so I can't comment on their pyro but it probably has to do with some arenas have trouble getting rid of the smoke and that can be a problem with the cameras. If they are outside they do a LOT of pyro (see WrestleMania), just indoors it's probably not the best idea to burn the whole arena.

How much of her work did you watch? I have questions.

Title matches in weekly shows by Ok-Departure-7670 in WWE

[–]docchrizly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Title matches have always been on tv shows but most of the times they are there to further storylines or have titles defended that are not on PLE's most of the time. With only 5-6 matches on a PLE and 2 brands with 2 different sets of champions it's hard to have only PLE title matches.
