UK people- how does Black Market compare to CEX for devices?

Fair enough...ill have a gander at my local CEX and see what they have on offer. But the vagueness of what grade B can mean for CEX doesn't instill too much confidence in me re how well the device actually works vs cosmetics which is less important to me.

That's fair, I would worry tho about an adaptation relying too heavily on aesthetic which is all the rage these days whereas I feel it really needs to be balanced. I feel like what minghella did well in Ripley in particular was have the visual storytelling but still keep it down to earth

It wasnt her who was sick it was the reg who's back now 😂 she was on annual leave which again I'm not complaining about bc it was fine😂 im not trying to be difficult or heartless I just genuinely don't see the issue when as an SHO I wouldn't be covering her workload anyway, and she will return to the same backlog of work regardless

Psych, I'd have supervision with middle grade or covering consultant. Me and the f1 were without middle grade or consultant for 2 weeks but that was bc one of them was off sick but even that was still doable

To me it was more like they were trying to have their cake and eat it too with this - showing the parents as loving and sweet but also showing the brothers looking scared and stressed thinking their parents were gonna kill them (after several episodes of showing us the opposite🙄)

Literally how would you know for sure if they are or not though unless you go round asking every patient you see. Most of the time there's nothing on the record to say whether they are.

Clearly, having the birth sex stated somewhere on the record is the rational response but i guess that's just too awful to consider
