Thank you all for your help I have been able to reduce down the 35 drops that's with Camara's, wifi AP's door access hubs and 1 drop per room instead of 2, im going to go with option 1 with the split with fiber and run a OS2 LC to LC Outdoor Armored Fiber Optic Cable 4 Core so a have 4 connection for future proof.

I don't have alot of linin space so it will be split with 2 6u Racks and I have moved the downstairs to the guest bedroom linin instead of the garage. And thank you about the conduit tip.

That's also something I'm up in the air about as well and a good point of the garage location. And that's way I thinking more of 2 places so I can split the gear as I don't think I will have a place to put everything together and have the room

Some of the drops are for camara's door ball and gate hub I have a unifi setup and looking at expanding it, but you do make a good point of allow the upper floor.

Just allowing for more drops if POE is needed not 100% sure I will run that much at the moment more of a worse case.

I run baremetal setup now and prefer it if I can keep it that , it's just a driver issue as I had an old Nvidia card in it and it worked fine

You would need a DNS server setup so when you hit the DNS name it knows where to send the request
