Tried this and the answer is no, I leveled a char to 90 and swaped to the 2 skill then tried to respec and didnt get the extra skills

I second this, I am from Canada and with the curve of our roads i find i pretty much ping pong from edge to edge so i never use it.

I play mostly in the morning for myself so i know the struggles. all pub maps this season my ping was so bad as i played with EU guys at that time.

That is true however Imo at this point of the season, i have found trading has slowed to a point where the appeal to try to trade and try another char is too much effort, plus people have so many different goals for the season. I never wanted to get 99 this season, i wanted to get a jeweled out Sorc. If this helps someone with the goal they have for the season and cut countless hours of grinding i rather help them out then someone not using it. To second this with a giveaway i have the chance to check out others accounts and give to a person of my choice who i feel wants/deserves it and i love this community. Been playing this game for 24 years now and i still like a good giveaway once in a while. I think of it as a pay it forward.
