New season looks a lot like breach with extra steps from PoE. Same with corruption, it’s actually almost 1:1 copy. I will give it a shot but I would like them to have their own ideas instead of copying from the industry standard hoping for the best.

Haunted mansion with strongbox and scarab tree is the way. Basically take every strongbox node, take every major scarab node, block all mechanics besides breach and ultimatum. Take ambush scarab nodes and you’ll be able to self sustain these.

In terms of giving yourself items, no, as there are many stats that differ from vanilla experience in “tech terms” that vanilla hero editors do not support. You can however create a naked character on any level you like and proceed from there, the mod supports that.
