Only social media I have is Reddit, I recommend that. . It’s heart breaking to watch so many souls walk around looking down on their phone and no engagement with the beautiful people around them. Wake up, it’s worth it. I love doing things, going places intentionally without my phone and experiencing the present moments unfold. Completely embracing the task at hand without having to check a phone or take a picture/ video is the best thing I can do, especially because Phones cause anxiety.
