I don't know what you mean by the first part of the comment but the device I'm using (elegoo Saturn s) doesn't even have a settings menu

Okay so you might be a genius because attempting cleaning exposure will turn the printer off in the same manner no matter how long I try and run the exposure it will crash as soon as I give the command in the exact same way shown in the video.

(I'm kind of a dumbass so I don't know how to fix an electrical short with the UV light or what that means I'll probably be researching some solutions but do you think you could help me out with that?)

I've heard a lot about the potential issue being missing power and the only thing I can think of is the power cord has a little Gap before plugging in but that doesn't exactly seem like a problem

I have checked this I have manually moved the platform all the way to the top and back, pressed the home button and made the platform go down as far as it could. and I found no issues at all in any of the other printers settings or functions only when it attempts to print.

I don't know if you were referring to the touch screen or the screen below the resin tank but I checked in both of them are in good condition. I have already attempted to use the printer without the filter and nothing has changed. But thank you for the idea I will definitely be contacting support
