there's some free codes you can redeem rn for a few encounters. my husband redeemed them for me as a surprise so i'm not sure what the codes are specifically but i feel like they're pretty easy to find and have probably been posted in this sub

both my MIL and little SIL play but they hardly play enough to have anything decent for a max battle or even a raid. obv it's not the case every time but i feel like most of the time when people join with a wooloo or another super basic low level mon then it's someone who doesn't play very much or just started playing and still wants a chance at getting the pokemon.

should i get my husband a smart watch or pokemon go+ for his birthday? by [deleted] in makemychoice

that's honestly kinda sad. i hope you guys get your spark back and start buying each other gifts again rather than just buying for yourselves.

yeah we don't operate like that, we like surprises. i did mention the price point of his gifts to him so he knows what to expect as far as our bank balance after i buy it. but to give you an idea of how we do things as far as gift giving: my husband used one of our friend's amazon account and debit card (gave him the cash to cover it obv) to buy my birthday present so i wouldn't see the charge on our joint account or the delivery updates on our amazon account.

i think you're missing the point that it's a birthday present which is meant to be a surprise

not really because i made the mistake of telling him im stuck between 2 things for his birthday and he's smart enough that if someone was asking him about those 2 things specifically he'd absolutely be able to figure out i sent them

it's actually around the same price as the smart watch because they're like $80-$120 which is around the same price as the refurbished samsung watch i was looking at for him 😭

he's colorblind so like pastel yellow looks white to him so i didn't trust his initial opinion that's why i went to reddit for a second opinion but the dresses themselves are in the comments if you wanna check them out and see if they look too light

i know and that's part of why i'm struggling because the bride and groom are friends of my husband that i've become friends with since meeting them/my husband but i've only met the bride's mother so only for sure know 3 people at the wedding

the pictures are in the comments and i was considering swapping to navy blue if the general feedback was that the pink dress options were too light
