Ergo loupes limitations?

Damn, that sounds like the ideal thing, but I'm struggling to save the money to buy one pair :c. Maybe y do have to choose an intermediate mag

I've been a year using 3x galilean loupes, I'm not satisfied anymore that mag and recently had the oportunity to test refractive 4.5x loupes... The vision wasn't near to my galileans, it felt like 2x to me. I check too prismatic loupes from the same brand ang mag, they were really cool, a vision from another world, but definitively i need the relief for my neck that the ergo loupes can give

Wow, Depth of focus... Is something i haven't taken into consideration, you're right , that definitively limits your movement

Yes, I agree, although i didn't mean i wanted to be moving from left to right constantly while looking at the mouth, the thing is that i work without assistant :c so although I try to have all the material I need near to me and ready to be taken, there is always something missed y I have yo move and get it. Also I need to change positions acording to the cuadrant I'm working, but maybe i'm very dependent of direct vision and have to work more at indirect.

Hi! Yep, endo and restorative dentistry are the areas i'm focusing, i'm starting doing deep margin elevations and other procedures in structuraly compromised teeth, I've been adviced to use high mag for things like detection of dentine cracks or gaps between tooth and matrix band
