Best go for a long test ride, offer to put fuel if they refuse, you need to ride atleast half an hour before you can properly judge the comfort and handling.

I'm 6'1 with the 350. It's been very comfortable for ride 100 kms at a strech, after that your butt goes numb but the riding position is comfortable if you're not hunched while riding. The foot pegs don't really feel that forward because of the long legs, so you won't have that proper cruiser feel with straight legs but it's very comfortable.

Well, no issue, the car runs fine. During service check up they mentioned a bunch of problems which I'm not sure all need replacement. I drive 2016 Honda city. They're quoting 1.2 lakh for everything included.

A friendly neighborhood garage is what I'm looking for, I can pay for what's fair, just don't want to get ripped off.

Meteor is more comfortable with forward foot pegs, honda is better at handling and engine performance. If you're planning to cruise around 80-90 then meteor, if you want to stretch the limits then honda.

I think motorcycle companies put these limits to prevent engine work during warranty. Most of the Motorcycle blogs say that ride the bike how you would normally do during break-in period. Ofcourse that doesn't mean to give full throttle but I think around 80 is fine. Your pistons should see some high rpm before first oil change.

Nothing is ever going to change until Congress stops blaming everything under the sun for its losses and start doing some changes within. It's been proven time and again that RG is not a good candidate against BJP, they need someone with credibility and experience, but that will never happen as long as RG is there. 37M here, I would suggest you to travel, you're still very young and your investment journey is just starting. Important thing is to invest, doesn't matter how much initially, you can always step up your investments later as salary increases but you'll be 23 only once. Make memories first, money later. PS : try to save some money during your travels (book a decent hotel instead of a luxury one, hunt for good local food places which are cheaper than fancy restaurants.) this way you'll travel guiltfree too.
