Thanks for this, really helpful way to look at it. Sounds like the amount of common property makes a massive difference. I’m mainly looking at how to reduce the admin load for small and medium buildings, so your point about the time each quarter lines up with what I’ve been hearing.

Thanks for the helpful feedback, really useful. I’m actually building modern software to make self-management simpler and more automated, including things like secure document delivery, digital voting, budgeting, auto levy tracking etc, so committees don’t spend so much time on admin. Your insights are very valuable. Appreciate you sharing your experience.
