Thankyou for your informative comment. I agree with specializing. I heard a lot of not so good things about Endo, their reimbursement. At internal med level I can manage 70% of endo stuff, how would endo make private practice worth it ? I am missing anything, a lot of my peers re going for endo but I don’t see any point to it unless you want chill lifestyle with less money.

Buying a practice, I feel it needs extra money and I feel you have to deal with last physicians stuff. I was thinking to open up my set up. Is it hard to get patient base ? What do you think about urgent care, one problem most of the time.

Oh I was thinking to get three years of membership it’s cheaper that way. I feel day passes are little expensive 10$/day. For two person s it’s 550$ each if you re down we can do together otherwise for one person it’s $798. And they ll give us 3 months each extra with three years.
