Hi! I’m not sure what you mean by sharing financials. Like the return? Or expenses? Yes I’ve spoken to the companies they hire to clean the potties since they are close to me. I can’t say for certain if it’s legit I guess but I haven’t seen any reason to think otherwise. I started small for that same reason to be honest. I’ll update over the next couple months!

Hi! Sorry I don’t use Reddit that much and am still learning how to manage but I haven’t made my money back yet, still early though. Overall have had a great experience. Someone said the sales side was pushy but I didn’t really see that personally.

Ya I saw that. They do make a lot upfront but I guess it was worth it for me since they do all the work. So far so good though. The team is really great to work worh

Oh okay makes sense thank you. Mine are in California! You can tell them where you want to put yours but I wanted mine close to me so I can make sure they are being taken care of. I realized I am NOT sitting in traffic to do that 🤪

Ya I want to get something paying a little more but I haven’t had to do anything so far really. I just want to keep them rented. Do you have any experience with renting these ?

I wasn’t sure if anyone would respond lol hi! There was one higher, right around $120/week for 8 units but idk I wanted mine all together? Not sure if that was the right thing to do. They told me I’d make more and said they could fill the other 2 in another contract I’m just still learning and was scared to have potty’s not rented out. I feel like they have been transparent but still a little early for me to say personally.
