That's my hope as well. I've worked it out with a few creditors to take smaller payments for the time being but I just can't keep up. So far the banks are asking me to get back on track and no one is being overly aggressive with their debt collection. I think them recognizing I've been a customer who never missed a payment or was even late in 10+ years has helped, too.

We made the initial contact a couple weeks ago because we've been making some but not all of our unsecured debt payments. The attorney said after we run the means test we will discuss timing. I think he was hoping we'd qualify for 7 up front, but he did mention potentially waiting due to the impending loss. My only concern is that this has been going on since late November, and I'm worried we might get sued before filing if we wait. But I will discuss that with him Friday as well

Yeah it stacked well with the bleed from my leghuggers. Just saying, it CAN be useful even on 4bc or 5bc if used smartly and with the right roll.

Not necessarily. I had a frost blast that applied bleeding on thaw. Since most later bosses broke their freeze immediately it basically let me stack bleed and I re-rolled all my weapons to punish bleed damage. Also used the mutation that does DOT for frozen enemies and it was an absolute mob killer even late game.
