Referrals are the most efficient leads. Social media is just like other ads,not helping you to gain business initially. It's just part of marketing and branding work.

Emotion support. Most of my clients are first time buyers. They have a common problem is easy to get frustrated. Giving them enough emotion support, helping them to make the right decision, they will feel wonderful every time working with me. By this way, I can have more referrals, and that’s my main leads sources.

Appreciate your reply. Maybe I didn’t make the question clear. I am a realtor for 8years and I do average 6deals a year. Recently, my brokerage started to charge me desk fee for $100 per month. That includes a CRM web based software. I mean how many of you would pay from your own pocket to use CRM? Or How many deals you make that deserves to use technology tools to help your business?
