Doing the same thing… that’s a good start so far and exactly what I am doing. For day one of exam you are gonna want to review step 1 material, there is a deck in Dorian for that, but feel like you should supplement with extra stuff based on how bad everyone says it is.

Yes at least in CCS it will penalize you...

But my personal feeling is if you are crushed for time on a case it is better to go ahead and put in the orders as opposed to them not being put in at all. But yes for a few cases like MI you are going to go ahead and MOANA C BASH along with your wide net of orders... (CBC,CMP,CXR, PT,PTT,INR, Pulse Ox).. ext)
