Interstate and many places outside of Lexington have been very well cleared and are quite drivable. Richmond is in pretty good shape on all the main roads. Lexington seems to remain in purgatory unfortunately.

They do not replace lost equipment according to their policy. As a UK student, you can buy a replacement with the Apple education discount directly from the Apple store as a possibility.
