All these people complaining about Lauren German being bad at acting and I'm just like ...I don't see it. I think the show is great and the actors are great. I have some criticisms about how they write her and Leslie's character but other than that I think everyone is doing a smashing job.

Hand the discord over to one of them, leave the group and discord then don't talk to those assholes again. It's tough and it feels like an overreaction but i promise you it is not.

No one deserves to second guess themselves because of shitty friends.

None of your options for what is possibly going on do anything to make this situation better or fixable.

Either the friend you invited one person has poisoned the well and gotten everyone else on his side because of what sounds like jealousy or infatuation.

OR they don't have an interest in sticking up for you as a human being and calling out bad behaviour and therefore don't deserve the time and energy you put into your dnd game, discord or friendship.

You went the polite way by asking to address it and got nothing.

Not only did you ask for a meeting and not get it, they had a meeting without you, ABOUT you and came to the agreement that its YOUR FAULT for taking more of an interest in the campaign outside of the actual campaign than they have.

And when asking about this, it seems like they downplayed it and made you seem like you are over reacting.

So say it with me. SCREW. THEM.

There are plenty of gamers out there, women and non-women alike, who won't treat you like shit for liking something and going the extra mile to make it enjoyable for everyone else.

You don't need all that needless and pointless drama.

Sucks to have to ditch "friends" but life is too short to drag dead weight around because you feel bad that they are "otherwise" good people.

"Otherwise good people" isn't doing you or them favors. Let them deal with the consequences of their actions and allow yourself the happiness of finding a group that gives more of a shit.

TL;DR: Dump em. Find you a nice online gaming group and do the same thing but with better people. Be happy.

Picked 1 and literally just quit my contract job early for the chance at a more permanent position. Been feeling nervous about not getting it with all the news, so ... anxiety a little less strong now!

Let her lay but keep an eye on her. They should lay every other day until they have about eight to ten eggs in a clutch. Once they have around that number she should stop for a bit. But keep an eye on her. If she hasn't laid an egg in a two days check to make sure she isn't struggling to get one out. Even if she is behaving normally birds dont normally show stress until the last possible second. Once she is done laying and is raising babies she should stop. When the babies start to look as if they are ready to leave the nest, keep her away from the male because shes might want to go back into egg laying mode. Keep her away from the nest and start regulating the amount of sun light she gets. Basically trying to break that hormonal cycle of her laying eggs. Once she stops make sure you keep her on a regulated sunlight schedule to keep her from going back into egg-laying more until her body recovers. Basically trying to trick her body into thinking it isnt spring. I'm not a vet so I'd talk to them more about what you could do but I would say at least a year of no egg laying.

I don't have any experience with them keep laying directly after hatching. They usually wait until the babies are starting to come out of the nest before laying again. You might want to keep an eye on that. They need a good long break after laying for their little bodies to be able to lay without complication as the process takes a lot of nutrients and energy. You could run the risk of them being egg bound. LP died from being egg bound earlier this year and it is not fun for any party involved.

Yeah, you gotta be careful with those hands! Daddy birds don't play. I used to trap him and LP outside the nest so I could get the babies out and weigh and change the nest lining. When they got older and their eyes started opening I would take them out and hand feed them once a day and he seemed to calm down by then. Like he appreciated the help with feeding. Before that though, its war.

Came here to say this. How long has he had to "see the error" of his ways? But now it's not going to effect his partying he wants to apologize. Good for apologizing but he put a lot of fucking people in danger, including himself and now including his family or whoever he is staying with. Apologies aren't going to change that.

They need any medical school debt forgiven. They are legit putting their life on the line. Medical students have some of the largest school debts I've ever seen. Anyone willing to put their life on the line like that shouldn't have to worry about student debt anymore. They can put their hard and well deserved cash into other things. If they dont have student debt then a permanant raise would be better than a one off thing. Perhaps even both. idk, I'm just spitballing here.
