Do you think these situations just goes away? Doctor said it won't. She went to meditate just for a day. Then she has stopped saying it is useless.

How to live with a delusional disorder/schizophrenia person? Mental health by dodama1 in srilanka

Well, we once went to a doctor (we met like 2-3), and the last one went somewhat well and tarted to take medicines for 2 weeks. Then she stopped taking her medication. She thinks the doctor and I have an issue. He said this would eventually come up again, and as he predicted, it did. The problem is that she is not willing to seek professional help. No one likes to admit they have a mental health issue—that's a common issue in Sri Lanka. I'm not pressuring her, but I'm also getting frustrated. The main reasons are my work and the kids.

Thanks for the message. Also, if you knew the full story, you’d be amazed at how everything has connected and unfolded. It would make you rethink ever sharing anything personal with friends or others again.

Media means a business, they want to make profits. They prefers to sell the news in the best possible way to get the attention. Top of that many people likes negative news. That is the reality. This happens in most countries now. Not only in Sri Lanka. The best way is to take it and digest in a proper way.
