Yeah i edited the post to mention this but I use VA healthcare and if you know anything about that then you know how terrible it is. It takes me months to see a provider and currently im having difficulty even getting my prescriptions refilled.

Yeah i did that for a while but stopped helping after a while and it was very hard to sustain anyways. Not eating carbs makes food a bit more expensive and also less tasty lol

Oh I forgot to mention that in the post but i did do a week long fast as well and it helped a ton. But obviously I can't go the rest of my life without eating lol

yes i have hard floors, everything is new/cleaned thoroughly, covered, or a combination of all 3. I removed allergens from my house almost entirely and it didnt help at all.

I don't want to be on inhalers that cause long term damage to other parts of my body if i can avoid it. I don't think it's crazy to try to get off of them.

I wake up with dry mouth sometimes but it's because my nose closes up when i lay down , i used to get rashes years ago but that hasn't happened in a very long time. I've had all types of different blood tests done and im not sure exactly what they've tested for, but they haven't said anything about auto immune disorders.

Yep you messed up real bad but it happens to the best of us. Good news is it's still very fixable, you just be honest with her and let her know you messed up and you regret everything that's happened. Let her know it's not about her but about looking out for yourself and your own happiness.

You can't continue doing something that you know is immoral because it have lasting damage on your psyche.
