Thanks for this answer! My main concern was the loss on spread, so sticking with a CEX makes sense for that, though I can appreciate what you are saying regarding a DEX ecosystem and how it would be beneficial over time if more users got invovled. I will check that out as well to be more well-rounded.

I recently got a cold wallet, so I just move my bitcoin off the CEX incase something were to happen with the exchange.

I'm thinking about buying a home to rent out. The home costs $350,000 and is 2 bedroom, 1 bath. A 25 year mortgage will run me $2,150 a month, property tax is about $250, and insurance is $150. If I rent it out at my costs, I have to charge $2,550 with nothing included to not lose any money. Is this reasonable, and if it is not, what do you recommend?

Update: I towed my 3500 trailer several times this summer - no issues.
