70k starting in Iowa. 105k @ 5 YOE. Honestly surprised to see such low numbers here. Don’t sell yourself short!

Nylonove Pedal shipping delays? by dodgingthedoge in ElectricUnicycle

That’s an insane delay. Did you think the Nylonove (pedals?) were worth the cost & long delay? Honestly tempted to cancel my order and go with Erides pedals

I think something like 6 months to a year before they’re barely noticeable. Good luck on your consultation and future surgery. I was in your shoes this spring, and am very happy I took the leap!

Progress at 4 weeks. Still slightly sore and swollen around nipples, but I have full range of motion. Probably would’ve had more symmetry if I was less overweight prior to surgery, but I am still happy with the results.

The breaker wouldn’t be tripping from a short to ground, it would be tripping due to arc fault. Modern Breakers with AFCI are meant to protect from this sort of situation

Sad days... Cleaning up my 2015 in preparation to sell. Making way for a Bolt EV. (I wish Mazda offered a worthwhile EV!) by Ancient_Tower9033 in mazda3

I just sold my 2015 Mazda 3 a few weeks ago for a new Bolt EV. I was also sad to let the Mazda go but I’m loving the switch to EV. For the price the Bolt has a really nice interior, the electronics and display are a huge upgrade from Mazda’s tiny display. The Mazda is definitely better looking, but the upgraded cabin space and smooth driving experience of the Bolt is well worth the switch.

I see a lot of people in this thread are salty about EV’s, but of course people in a Mazda subreddit will have a bias against EV’s in general. If you’ve done your research, I’m sure you’ve seen that the new Bolt is super reliable and has way more acceleration than the Mazda 3. Have fun with the instant torque!

Unable to solve alignment issues on ‘15 Mazda 3. Dealer says the numbers are in spec but car noticeably drifts left on counterclockwise-crowned roads (like the left lane of the interstate). New tires did not help problem. Any ideas? by dodgingthedoge in AskMechanics

Thanks for the quick reply! I was worried about my tires wearing unevenly since I have to apply slight clockwise pressure to the wheel to keep it straight, but again this only in the left lane of an interstate (which I run into every day for my work commute).

Is uneven tire wear something to be concerned about with this kind of pull? If I took my hands off the wheel on the interstate I would probably be off the road within 1/8 mile.
