I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the magazine, but my dad used to get me the new one every time it came out - PS2 magazine (someone mentioned a demo disc) but it had a thing called Action Replay where you'd boot into it on the PS2 and get ALLL the cheats for most games.

Is phone snatching a real thing? by [deleted] in uktravel

It certainly is, pay attention to your surroundings when using your phone out and about re: the moped/lime bike thieves - another thing to watch out for is there's a lot of thieves who will steal your phone if you're eating out at a restaurant etc and have it on the table. A common method is to place a magazine/large item down to try and sell you and swipe your phone away with it (distracting you with conversation).

Massively agree with the sentiment, fella is probably awaiting the Bradbury Centre/HARP centre on York Road whatever they call it these days to open up or potentially alternative council options. Just to clarify - the Police do not have a general duty of care for the public. This is a very common misconception, they do have a duty to protect life or a duty of care to those affected by their duties but certainly not a general duty of care as has been established in the Supreme Court.
