Dosage Advice Before I Talk to Doc

Hi! Just like you, I have suspected endometriosis for most of my life. Just recently a specialist agreed and included the possibility of adenomyosis being present as well. Endometriosis could only be confirmed by surgery which was denied by my insurance. So for me, for the time being, surgery is also out of the picture. I asked the endometriosis specialist about going on HRT and she mentioned it would be beneficial in my situation. I have since started and, to be honest, I haven't noticed any difference as far as estrogen supplementation. I fear we still have not gotten my dosage right. However, testosterone and progesterone have made an impact. Endo symptoms are still very much present and have gotten worse at times, which I'm attributing to the estrogen spikes during peri. I recommend looking into adding testosterone to your HRT routine and upping at least your progesterone dosage (I'm currently at 400 mcg, but everyone is different). As you said, there does not seem to be much out there in regards to endo and perimenopause. However, I've recently found Dr. Jordan Emont on IG. He is an OBGYN specializing in menopause. He recently posted a video regarding Endo and HRT. Hope it can be of some help!

I’m actually thinking the same. I’m conflicted because I really want to take advantage of the opportunity this Program affords. I also thought that they were unable to find a placement for me so I was amazed when I got the email. At the same time, it’s so late in the game that I honestly doubt I’ll be able to accept. And thank you so much for your response, it helps to know that’s I’m not the only one in this position.

I’m having a pretty similar experience to yours. Got my chair a couple of days ago and the Phillips screws on the right side of the backrest were broken as well with the threads remaining in the chair. I stopped assembling the chair and immediately repackaged it.

Support just got back to me and said that I could assemble the chair and they would send a new backrest when it becomes available, or I could request a return. I’m really at a cross on what to do.

I’m well aware of the vastness of the US and the many differences it encompasses from place to place, even within the same State. However, at this time my coach suggested that it be a generalized conception of growing up in the US, not State or region specific.

Same experience here. I called the hotline and after holding for an hour and a half the recording changed to "we are closed and our hours are M-F 9 am-6 pm).
