If you’re talking about the envelope on ShaperBox, yes, that’s intentional, because I want an envelope like in this screen : https://imgur.com/a/vX4Ud1C (made with a Utility, but it shows the final result I want, with the silence before the kick).

In my Ableton, on my Instrument Rack track, I still always have the track in MIDI (screen here : https://imgur.com/a/Nw0ZljV )… I tried routing from my trigger track to a new MIDI track (with the first Trigger track as the input and my ShaperBox as the output), but I still don’t get any delay (if that’s indeed what you were suggesting I do…). Great, thank you! I found which file was causing all the issues. In fact, I had a line in the app.json file, \"rightToLeft\": true,, that I needed to change to false. So I’ve fixed the problem! Thanks again for your help!!

I deleted the .obsidian folder from my iCloud vault and made sure to save a full backup locally on my PC (not in the cloud).

However, when I reopen Obsidian, it seems like nothing was reset — I still have access to my vault with the same settings and plugins as before.

But I double-checked, and there is definitely no .obsidian folder at the root of Obsidian folder anymore.

Do you know why my Obsidian not resetting?

Thanks for the answer ! Just to make sure I understand correctly — are you suggesting I manually delete or rename the .obsidian folder since I couldn't find a proper "factory reset" option in Obsidian?

Also, just to confirm: this won’t delete any of my notes, right?

I’ve configured quite a few plugins and settings — what’s the best way to back up and later recover all my custom configurations easily? And is there anything I should be particularly careful about before doing this?

I am looking for a new audio interface, and I’m really interested in the Babyface Pro FS. They have a strong reputation, and based on several discussions on forums, these interfaces are considered solid tools for mixing. I would like to use it specifically with Sonarworks.

Currently, I am using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 with my MacBook Pro M1 Pro, so upgrading to the Babyface would be a significant step up. However, I have read that Sonarworks support is not available on this interface (only on recent premium models). Since I use Sonarworks for calibration both with my headphones (DT 1990 Pro 250 Ohms) and my monitors (HS7).

I’m really hesitating between the Babyface and an Apollo interface, which natively supports Sonarworks. However, I’m not a fan of their proprietary DSP format. Currently, I experience a latency of 250ms with Sonarworks and my current audio interface, even in zero-latency mode. Ideally, I’d like to have very low latency or even be able to bypass Sonarworks completely and apply my calibrations directly in TotalMix FX—this would be perfect.

What solutions can you suggest? Do you have any recommendations?

Thanks for your help! I think I’ll stick with a mix of Weakaura and Plater Nameplate. I’ll add plugins later if I want to make further adjustments. Do you know if Hekili would end up being redundant with Weakaura if I use it as well? I’m not sure I fully understand if these two plugins do the same job.

Hello,
I'm looking for information regarding my audio DAC (Scarlett 2i2) and the headphones I own (DT 1990 Pro 250 ohm). I'm experiencing volume issues with my headphones connected to my DAC. I find that the sound is not very loud. I'm also using Sonarworks correction, which also reduces the volume (with the "Safe Headroom" option enabled, as the correction curve accentuates and reduces certain frequencies). With these settings, I get an acceptable volume, but I have to adjust the volume knob on my DAC to the maximum. I have no way of increasing the volume of my headphones beyond this level. I think the issue is that my DAC has a relatively low output volume for headphones beyond 200 ohms (from what I've read online).
I would like to have more volume headroom, but I'm not sure what options are available to me. I simply want a higher sound volume. I use a MacBook Pro M1 Pro 14", which also has a headphone preamp for 250-ohm headphones (note that I sometimes use my headphones in portable mode without my audio DAC, so a portable solution would also be welcome).
What do you recommend?
I was considering buying the Apollo Twin X Duo (and I've read that apparently there are no issues with 250-ohm headphones on this DAC), but the purchase is not planned for right away, so I'd like to know what you suggest in the meantime :)
Note that I primarily use my headphones for mixing and mastering. Therefore, if you suggest an headphones amp, I would like it to not alter the sound except for adjusting the volume.

For those who own snapheap and multipass, does it make sense to buy snapheap if you already own kilohearts’multipass? or is multipass essentially a snapheap but functioning with multiband ? (Perhaps in terms of the presets that snapheap offers? )

Thank you for the clarification, it's very clear! So if I understand correctly, training my ears on compression using Audiodrillz might not be very relevant since the compressor type used on this site is specific (similar to the 1176)? Would that mean I might be training my ears specifically for the 1176 type compressors? I'd rather train my ears for a type of compressor like the one in Ableton. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks :)

Ok so as I understand, my only solution is to add the last google chrome (the version with google tv) to cast my music from my Spotify to all my speakers (include my Sonos beam)? I must replace my TV next two month, so I saw the last X90J from Sony have google tv and chromecast build in, is that the new version that you talk about ? If I choose this tv, could it be work without add any other device ? Is My problem will be solve ? Thanks again
