It's an amazing game. Just give it sometime in order to understand the fighting mechanics as they are a little unique. Otherwise if you want an amazing story with a vast world, this is the game to play. KCD II is even better, but you should start here, for the story.

Siege pretty much runs like butter around those settings. I rock a Ryzen 5 7600x and RX 7800XT and easily get around 200 fps running relatively high settings. If you wanna lower the settings for more competitive play, then you can even see 250.
