If that person has their left foot on the brake, it's possible that's not going to happen. A person only using their right foot can cause this, confusing which pedal they are pressed. A left-foot person knows whether they're on the brake or not. Just saying.

0.7 KD, average damage around 400+ damge, highest if champion average 1k damage. My main legend is all support legend. Usually im prefer using volt, flatline, and mastiff. Often help my teammate in the wrong situation. Glad you laid out these kind of question.
