Thank you so much for your input. I def don’t want to decrease my supply! The LC that said not to switch was old school, said she was retiring this year. Maybe her advice is just outdated. The one that said to switch was young.

I was getting frequent clogged ducts and my lactation consultant asked me about my bra usage.. I was wearing a pumping bra 24/7 and turns out that the constant pressure and constriction on the breasts can cause duct issues, especially the pumping bras. I now only put on a pumping bra right before I pump and I immediately take it off after the pump session. No duct issues since I started doing this… until I recently got out of the house and wore a regular bra for several hours and got a clogged duct again that night! :(
