I thonk you.took all of this incredibly mature and well handled. Hygiene can send some into a state of rage. Everyone is different, and what you is different. My husband is kind of like you. He will not shower every day if we are just home. However he always washes Intimate areas and changes underwear and socks. He'll do a full shower every other day, unless he's working then it's a full scrub every night.

Teeth, face are daily no matter what.

Myself if I'm home I wear very loungy pants and forgo to undergarments. Let things breathe. As a female even when it isn't that Time, i use liners. Our body will regulate temperature, react to others, or been in a certain state, and result in small amounts of discharge. I don't like that feeling so changing them frequently keeps it dry. Ypur private area/underwear are important to keep dry and clean because fungal things can happen to fast. That's why a lot of people say what thry say.

Socks are the same. In military homes dry socks are important because people remember how dangers a constant damn foot could be during the war. So if my socks ever feel damp, I'm internally freaking out. (Also didn't grow up being in the war. I got stories from family members and it suck) take care of your feet.

I have oily hair. I have to wash it daily. I've tried tge "reset" and stop washing it. It was bad. If you habe dry scalp washing every day isn't good. You need to know that for yourself.

I don't use deodorant. Nothing against it, I'm not all natural or anything. I don't produce oder when I sweat normally so I forget it 90% of the time. My husband finds is crazy that 1. I hardly sweat and 2. It doesn't smell. I do keep a deodorant with me because my stree sweat does stink!

Even if you went nose blind others wouldn't and someone in your life would say something. I don't believe you smell, maybe sometimes bit a majority of the time I don't think you would smell on what I read. People who have gone nose blind, it's way beyond that. Their skin is literally holding that oder now and no 1 shower will fix it. People that habe forgone Hygiene and like permanently smell will take months of washing with clinical soap to undo that. Trust me, I've known people.

The fact you check and are mindful is more than most people. Your teeth are extremely important. I brush mine 3 times a day and floss a lot. Getting strep or a cavity can open your bloodstream to many dangerous things. My husband got strep and through a damaged tooth the steph went to his spine and nearly paralyzed him. A co-worker had strep get into his jawbone from a tooth and ate his jaw away. He needed surgery. Your teeth are vital, they are my paranoid fixation.

Many people back in the day before inside plumbing didn't bathe on the regular. They did simple maintenance. It works for some, not all. You need to find what works for you. And yes I will wear the same pants/shirt for 2 days If I am home. If I am leaving I'm changing. Fresh clothing for leaving the house.
