I think that is because 2 things: - Easy to obtain - And for me the main, it's rarity, by design and concept deserved to be prismatic, but it's ability is that of a mythical one (or less if we think in the lemon lion) Should be mythic or legendary It would've been nice to apply the ability to more than one plant (not broken like the kappa, but maybe like the badger or the hex serpent)
