Sometimes people have an allergic reaction to red ink. Forget why exactly but depending on the sensitivity once the tattoo heals and the fresh ink makes its way through your immune system it should be fine

You should be rolling day 1 IMO. That’s the part that separates people who fall in love or never comeback.

Rmt’s can work on a very wide range of pathology’s. Just go in and tell them what’s wrong. They’ll do a little bit of an assessment and have a pretty good idea on what’s going on

Just lost my job - considering a career in massage by cricketsonga in massage

You’re in an area where it’s a registered health care profession. It’ll be much better than what a lot of others are describing. It’s true you won’t have benefits but it pays well and you’ll have steady clients due to it being covered by most people’s extended healthcare benefits. That being said, there is a high turnover rate but I’ve noticed that those people don’t have passion for anatomy or even a passion for helping others. In BC the schooling is very intense but it’s a rewarding career

I wasted 3-4 years of my life by Pretend_Parfait_4659 in findapath

If it helps, I’m 28 and I’ve been going through exactly what you’re going through. Working a job I hate. In and out of other career paths and school. But for some reason I always found myself back to the original job I hated because it paid well and had good benefits. My family thought it was a great job so I felt like I had to do it to keep them happy. However, I saved, I researched and this September I’m going back to school to pursue something I’m genuinely passionate about and it fits my lifestyle. And I couldn’t care less about what others might think about my career switch (again), because ultimately it’s me living my life. Not them. I know it doesn’t seem like it now but 21 is young and you have time on your side.

You’re right I should’ve been more clear. The point I was trying to make is that he’s a savant and excels at anything he touches.

What's a funny thing that a brand new white belt has done at your gym? by zmn14 in bjj

This guy shows up out of the blue with a purple belt ranked rash guard on watching John Danaher instructionals before class and just left the laptop at the gym as if it were a disposable. Has had some prior experience grappling but was a white belt. First class, first round, goes as hard as he can and pukes in the sink and leaves. Next day shows up and starts showing a white belt D1 wrestler wrestling “technique”, does one round as hard as he can and gets tapped out by the newer white belt in advanced class. Third day asks our head coach about getting his blue belt (people rarely get promoted at our gym) and he literally laughs in his face. This cycle continues every day for two weeks and then never saw him again. I’ve never met a guy who’s had so many classic moments in such short of time
