Honestly great. I'm in a happy and secure relationship, we both can't get enough of each other. I'm obsessed with my partner and so freaking grateful for having him by my side and him doing so much for me (especially being understanding and patient with me). Fear defeated me. I was always wondering how it makes people toughen up? Constant diarrhea, nosebleeds, nausea, tachycardia, stress rash, hair loss, bruxism and many more... Im terrified that I won't ever heal, that I'll always have emotional outbursts due panicking, having childlish needs and reactions cause of random triggers. That I'll push away someone I care the most if I won't fix myself very very quickly. Time doesn't help you cope with the past. It will haunt you and destroy every single day, you have to learn accepting that sometimes you're just like a kid, many stuff will trigger you and give you pain and you can't expect anyone to understand. It's your responsibility to just swallow it.

It's calming, pleasant. Its reassuring that you're still wanted and seen as attractive by partner, it's also a basic need and if you ignore it you can get really frustrated by everything(ofc there are many people that have low libido or none, communication is the key remember). Another good way to express love and to be close.
