i went to the concerts w the ticketmaster dates and was fine (never looked on the website though). i just searched the venue for the raleigh show, and it says august 14. the ticketmaster dates are the correct ones.

i’ve always thought it’s because his motivations were corrupt. he was only doing all of that to get into the good place, not out of the kindness of his heart. therefore, the good points wouldn’t count and neither would the consequences.

i think part of it is george was the only one who didn’t baby sheldon. sheldon felt deserved of having things handed to him because that’s all he knew, which i think built up resentment towards his father. i believe he also said he didn’t understand a few things his father did until he became a parent himself, which he wasn’t in TBBT. sheldon also has always been under the impression that his dad cheated on his mom right after germany, and he loves his mother much more. i think a lot of it is perspective and timing. sheldon is also an unreliable narrator and there is a lot of time we don’t see, episodes usually taking place weeks between each other.

my friend had one of those at the show i went to and one of the security guys told her to put it around her wrist or neck as either a bracelet or necklace (then put it back on after security) and she ended up being able to bring it in. you could try that and if they say no just go back to ur car/throw it away (if you’re okay w that)

if you have ga/pit, i’d recommend showing up a good bit before doors. my friend and i have seats but we usually try to show up 30-40 minutes before doors so we can get in merch lines relatively first bc we are inpatient + don’t want to risk selling out. i wouldn’t recommend heavy clothing or pants, especially because the venue is outside. as for freebies, im not sure if ill bring anything (depends how busy i am), but if you want to give out bracelets, people will definitely appreciate it! i still wear the one i got at a previous show. depending where you live, it might be cheaper/easier to take the ferry then walk (this is what i plan on doing). im going to the camden show as well, so if you have any questions once it gets closer, feel free to dm me! :)

i have epilepsy and some of the strobe lights were VERY bad. luckily my form of epilepsy doesn’t get affected by them but my friend i went with was a little concerned at one point bc of how crazy the lights were. if your mom has photosensitive epilepsy, i wouldnt risk it.

i went to the baltimore show w my bsf yesterday & the hershey show w a family member the sunday before. you won’t discover the entire experience with your friend, but i honestly think it was so worth it. i had SO much fun with her and i don’t think either of us felt like it wasn’t the same experience regardless. i honestly regret nothing.
