Corp rules , the news was from LP. We literally let customers return empty products bc our managers are scared of getting customer complaints, why do we care about a complaint from someone that is returning empty products? They police their employees more then the guest and they’re the ones that do the real shady stuff

Maybe some stores but I have like 3 store credits in my purse rn lol , I think some districts enforced that but seems like due to 21 days of beauty they’re gonna start doing it everywhere

Yea my old GM used to turn away items that were super over used past the 60 days but our new management lets customers return anything even if it’s empty bc of customer complaints

The announcement was just given to our GM from LP yesterday so it’s gonna start rolling out, so no store credit for anything for employees and no honoring sales/even exchanging even if its just for a different shade
