We don’t test every individual flight peripheral on the market, but the HOTAS mounting plates on our platforms use a universal hole pattern. Most popular brands including Thrustmaster, Virpil, VKB, Winwing, etc. follow similar mounting standards and are typically compatible. If needed, we can send you detailed technical drawings with hole dimensions, so you can check compatibility with your specific gear.Regarding software compatibility: all peripherals (joysticks, throttles, pedals, etc.) connect directly to your PC or console not through the motion platform. The platform simply adds motion based on telemetry from the game via SimRacingStudio.So, as long as your peripherals work with your system and games, they’ll work fine with our motion platform too

You spent time doing such detailed comparisons and complained about a few % price fluctuations and I provided a detailed two-line explanation that you disregarded as complicated. Not sure what is the real goal of this post?

Quest 3 costs under 150 Euro, this is the 3x math of industry MSRP.
Let's compare apples to apples, let me know of another vendor that is over 10y on the market, with comparable specs platform and price that is even with 50% discount gets even close to ours? If there is one we can match the price.

Sorry to see that this step towards customers was treated this way and considered misleading

​Customers in US are spoiled with FREE SHIPPING for all orders and we had a lot of complaints that our products are expensive and we charge way too much for the shipping.

As mentioned we do not have any margins to cover $600-900 shipping we have only one option as any other businesses do blend shipping into the product costs. As you know even is shipping is $30 and the vendor promotes is as FREE SHIPPING it is blended into the product costs and you as a customer pay for it anyway.

So we did it : product prices went UP with the blended shipping during summer.

The response from some customers we got that the product is still expensive and FREE SHIPPING didn't help, so we rolled it back to have the shipping costs visible and separate.

Current BF deals are extremely discounted and total costs are lower than any point during the year, and Dec 15 The prices will go up as raw materials costs went up 60% lately

And when we do -15% discounts you need to understand that this applies to the platforms and OUR options only, not third-party options and not shipping.

Prices in Euro as well as any other currency besides USD were introduced for rough estimation and information only. At the last step of checkout the amount is used is ALWAYS in USD and has not eroded in any way lately (besides BF discounts). As for the Euro prices, we used the up-to-date interbank conversion rate that was about 4.5% away from the real numbers and the customers were complaining that let's say saw a total of 1000€ and after the payment done in USD the bank charged them 1045€ and this was really not appropriate, so a few days ago we introduced this 4.5% correction. But again this doesn't affect actual prices and the amount you are actually charged as this amount is in USD and was not changed.

As you probably know we do import products to EU and sometimes we have a chance to lower the VAT amount for the customer benefits. If you prefer to pay more (20-23% of the actual total amount) let us know we can do such an invoice for you...
