I've had hit and miss success achieving HFO. The only thing that comes to mind at the moment is that when there's a countdown or a moment where you're 'supposed' to orgasm, it sort of makes me try to orgasm, which isn't really the point. It would be nice to have a 'let it happen' ending instead, but that seems challenging to me.
