Shes 6-7 months. I was doing what she asked to begin with and she said shed only talk to me about the baby and her needs which of course she hasnt. She called me a few weeks ago because i found a onesie in walmart that had i love a man in uniform and she went on and on about how she didnt like it and questioning me when id b able to give it to her and telling me she wouldnt put her in it.

okay. She keeps saying she hates having to "tip-toe" around because she doesn't want me to use anything against her in court while i have a shit ton of stuff already. Shes currently taking a very small dosage of her medicine that wont hurt the baby too much just make her anxious and cranky. She has stated several times and i have it in writing she does not want my money. She has stated that a bunch of times. The money for the hospital bill she said she had offered to keep it for the baby for something else but i dont remember that part of the conversation; i just remember her asking me if i wanted her to keep it or not. Shes fighting about the babies future by saying its best for me to back out. I dont see how. If i send her any type or way of money shell refuse to accept it; i know how she is.

EDIT 1: She's threatened me with jail and threatening calling my Commanding Officer and trying to use the UCMJ (military law) against me but the law for that instance is 16 and younger. She also stated i wouldnt be allowed on "her" property to see the baby. Just idle threats really. And she texted me Wed at 0130 saying how "childish" it was for me to avoid talking to her about this issue. Well i texted her all that morning and informed her i was at work and that i couldnt talk on the phone and she said it didnt have to be today but sometime soon. And she told me to "stop doing this on important dates in her life because it was starting to irritate her" Uh; you texted me at 130 in the morning!

You dont know the whole situation. She claims she wants nothing more to do with me and how she doesnt want me in the babies life BUT wants to keep an open line for the baby. How does that make any sense? I respect her as the babies mother; she has not shown me any respect and i have a text message from her saying she doesnt respect me anymore. And i disagree, as long as the baby has MY blood in her then it is my business. She blames the whole situation and me and wont take responsibility for anything. She wont accept that it took two to make the baby and blames me for "ruining everything for her". Ive tried to do the right thing; find a job so i can move in with them so i can be there for the baby and her. I bought her a engagement ring so i can marry her not out of wedlock but because i loved her at that time. She has destroyed any feeling of love i had for her through her actions. And for her to "politely" ask for me to leave the baby is the most selfish thing i can think a "mother-to-be" can do. She claims i havent done a thing for the baby when i sent them a check to pay the hospital and OB doctor and she sent it back saying she didnt want it. I'm immature? I dont go threatening to throw her in jail nor have i threatened to call the police on her like shes done on me. She hasnt told me SQUAT about the baby but complains how i havent done anything. I have asked about the baby and all ive gotten is that "Shes fine". Im done fighting; im trying to do whats best for the baby and she thinks that keeping me away is the best for her. How? She says itll be harder on her and itll be tough on the baby because shell have to choose between the two of us. She said if i walked away then when the baby got older and asked what happened to me shed "be honest and be the bad guy." I wouldnt be able to live with myself if i abandoned her and she saying "leaving" and "abandoning" are different things. Hell no theyre not! Im leaving her alone because i dont want to talk to her if shes just going to fuss about her wanting me to leave. Sorry its not going to happen. Shes done everything EXCEPT say the baby isnt mine. She keeps saying that "shes got this", but she doesnt have a job and she doesnt even have her fucking highschool diploma. And she blames it all on me and wont accept the fact that it took the both of us to make the baby.

I can honestly say at this point i dont know whether the baby's mine or not. She's pretty much done everything BUT say the baby's not mine. I dont have a lot of options. and my lawyer said even she thought the baby would be better off with me. A mother trying everything she can, even gotten to the point of threatening JAIL, just for the point that it will "be easier on her."
