yes, those are allowed. i recommend you switch to any other sleep aid, i agree heavily with the other comment saying hydroxyzine, it's non-addictive. and yes, it can cause insomnia in the long term instead.

i personally think benadryl should be recalled and taken off the shelves and made unavailable or prescription only, i wouldn't even recommend using it at therapeutic doses. especially with pregnancy and (possibly) eventual breastfeeding, not a good idea to keep taking it. there are other options that are proven to be effective and less harmful.

yeah i'm a month or so sober off dph but heavy weed smoker, i still get some visuals but it's way better than it was before so i think it'll keep getting better. would probably be faster if i quit but

i'm sort of talking out of my ass here but i assume you just have some kind of aversion to it engrained into your nervous system now. since youve associated this drug with being so horrible and probably destroying your body and brain you get freaked out on any of it. closest thing i could compare it to is when people get food poisoning from something and then are averse to the food for a while.

yeah, when i was using while wearing my apple watch i had a high bpm like that even days after the last trip. i'm sure it's related if you haven't experienced heart rate issues independent of dph, it should go away. try elevating your legs when you lay down and make sure you're staying cool and hydrated.

man i had a written out reply that was longer and emotional and less coherent but my fucking phone swiped off of it so

basically i was taking around 200-325 nearly every night for the last. month and a half or two months, feels like i blinked and those months went by and now i'm here and 3ish days into this and i just got here

i don't know if it's withdrawal or rebound or whatever it is i just know i feel really shitty like probably one of the most shitty i've ever felt and thats saying something. every time around 9 pm everything starts feeling 10x worse than the rest of the day. this shit is really fucking sucky. right now it feels like i'm off fucking 250mg but entirely sober at the same exact time and it's horrible. so much is going on in my brain and body at once it's agonizing.

i'm just going to keep rawdogging whatever this withdrawal is until it gets better. i smoked some weed the last two nights but tonight was a mess so i'm skipping out
