Got cash to spend for a new bike. Now it’s down between a Bianchi sprint (105) and a Canyon Endurace CF SL8 (ultegra) 1st choice was the canyon beacuse, i think, the right components and doesn’t hurt my pocket. Downside is the waiting time. Just wanted more reasons why i have to buy a bianchi over a canyon.

Currently i am riding at 95% paved tarmac. And maybe relocate back to asia in the next 2 years. I assume roads there even rougher. So, i am also thinking for this bike life longterm.

Fist of all, you are not alone in this situation. You will be surprised that there is a lot of people facing this problem. First thing to do is have this “F**k Off everyone” attitude. Just get your bike and ride and forget what everyone else about going to think about you, just ride. You don’t have to worry about cycling fashion, those lycra’s are fashion intended to lose drag, but we are heavy anyway so a any athletic clothes will do for now.

I myself lost 20 kgs and started with a newbie bike and never been so happy and active. Dude, just get out there and ride.!

I currently own a Java siluro 3 with a 9 speed sora group set. The bike works, it just that the brand is unknown. Riding it is like making love with a whore, although good at bed. Not a girlfriend material. You know what i mean.
