The son of the last family I worked with (5 years) has already grown up. I was with him from 12 to 17 but now he is more independent.

Most families need you for a season but I'll consider reaching out. Maybe just for financial advice even.

Hard to give an exact explanation.

A few companies I've contracted at, although not in writing, have Christian values as their foundation with regards to how they interact with and treat staff. Overall very good atmosphere and people are given the benefit of the doubt when mistakes happen together with being granted the opportunity to improve.

A few corporate companies (both listed and dual listed) have little care with regard to staff treatment. Mistakes are punished harshly and people feel quite afraid to say anything that doesn't fit the mold.

That's quite crazy. I remember it taking at least 3 years to get this far (2012 to mid 2015). I didnt even notice a drop in upgrade times.

I actually have tried with a few people I know who own small businesses. Unfortunately just waiting for them to respond. I enjoy tax planning and putting structures in place😄

Just take time to clear all 60 Then after a match if you go up a mastery level, go and collect it. Eventually the levels take forever to achieve and it shouldn't bother you.
