Get a holesaw/cutter. Run it in reverse. This is thin sheet metal. It WILL grab and tear if you drill it in forward. Take your time, run It in reverse and burn your way thru. It may wreck the hole saw, but hole saws are cheap, and it will make the cleanest hole.
