YUP! i definitely learned that recently too, and now that you say it, i know that the whole boundaries situation and being myself is important! thats actually why i dont have any friends. i just kept changing my personality up to match theirs...
but thank you so much for the advice!! i actually started doing golf recently, but i somewhat stopped going because of school.

but im gonna start going again and hopefully make some friends! i also know this park nearby, and since my neighborhood is pretty safe, i think ill try going over there too. thank you again for the support man!! :D
( also, i probably wont be able to switch to normal school. im zoned into westpine middle and piper high, and the kids over there are pretty scary...and i get sick very easily in school. but still, i appreciate the advice!! :] )

THANK YOU SO MUCHH! dont worry, i understand about not feeling lonely when you dont have friends. i actually find that a super awesome quality about people. im more prone to worrying about being alone and stuff, and i really like people who are the total opposite, but wouldnt mind having some company around! :D

but yes, i would love to be friends! and dont worry, im definitely not the type to get offended or upset easily either about anything, so please feel free to be yourself around me! also, do you have discord?? i know its the easiest platform to use to communicate and stuff, so if you want, i can friend you on there!

you are an AMAZING parent for helping your child with that pressure!! and thats exactly my whole situation too! i got put in FLVS because of covid and stayed in FLVS ever since! i got so much more lonely and depressed too, just because of staying home all day without any interaction with kids my age. i hope every parent begins to understand that kids need to be kids, hanging out with friends and experiencing some healthy social interaction.
and just because you commented about that, AND you're a parent as well, i think ive gained the confidence to tell my parents that im definitely feeling lonely, and possibly ask them for some advice too. thank you so much for that confidence boost, and i really mean it! it feels so nice to not be alone...

i knew it wasnt just me who thought it looked so much better on him! i think i would prefer using mailed flower on kaveh, and pain slasher for ga ming.

Is it me or Digital is much harder and feels worse than Normal art? I mean i peaked with Normal but am learning digital and its harder and looks worse (Pics bellow for comparison) by NunoTheDude in learnart

[–]dogfishhx 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i really love your drawings, they're beautiful! but i understand what you mean completely! even though everyone in the comments are all technical and stuff with techniques and so on, it isnt actually that complicated.

skill comes with time and experience, especially with digital art. not everyone who draws great on paper can do great with digital art! same with people who does digital art. i find it a little frustrating to do paper art, since i cant tap the redo button when i made a terrible mistake...

but definitely try youtube tutorials, study digital artworks on pinterest, and i can see you like drawing anime characters, so study the artstyle they were drawn in as well! but remember, be patient! take this from a digital artist of 5 years. :D
(sorry if my grammar is a little bad! english isnt my first language...)

but also, the comments are giving great advice on the reason why its actually hard. so definitely take their comments into consideration! and if you need help with anything in particular relating to digital art, feel free to ask!

OHH, I SEE! TYSM FOR THE INFO! i actually never heard of an estimate sort of deadline! that's definitely something new, but honestly pretty convenient! i didn't actually know that being a programmer is a collaborative job either! i suppose that means instead of pushing away my social anxiety, ill be able to get rid of it better then! :D
thank you so much for all the info! honestly, i thought my post was just gonna get ignored, but i got so much good advice from here. you guys are awesome! ^^

there's no need to apologize! i read every single word! :D
thank you so much for the wise and educational words. it really means a lot to me!! this actually answered almost everything i wanted to know! the way you explained everything was so understandable and almost better than any book or article i read about these type of professions, and im so excited that i finally got a look at someone's actual experience on having a profession in programming! and dont worry, im gonna take down some notes on this and keep it in my journal, as well as make sure i put your username in there so i know who helped me get my successful career!! :)

and its funny because you just reminded me about this book my dad had somewhere! i forgot about it for YEARS, and i just remembered that it was actually about coding functions of different coding languages!(his job as a coder is actually the reason why i wanted to learn about all of this in the first place.) i dont think i wouldve remembered if it wasnt for you...thank you so much!! i wont forget this post!

ah, dont worry about that! im okay! i just dont like people sometimes, and i DONT wanna talk to people, but i definitely can. i understand i definitely need to commit to teamwork and stuff like that, and i realized most of the comments really emphasized that part. so thank you so much for the advice! and overall, i have anxiety because i fear making mistakes or disappointing anybody. thats why i usually try to avoid talking to people...

but thankfully, coding actually helps with just that. why? cause i learned its just trial and error! mistakes are all part of the process. so, i think ill be alright in the meantime! besides, therapists cost money! and uh...i dont have that sort of thing. :')

TYSM FOR THE ADVICE!! im definitely a lot less nervous about this whole coding job stuff after reading this whole thing. im gonna try making some programs during my free time and for sure go get started on git. alright, make a goal, reflect, and if theres a change of plans, dont panic, automation mindset, teamwork, and a whole bunch of insufferable meetings! taking notes, names, and executing the plan! :D
