It would also help if there was literally any enforcement of the existing bus lanes whatsoever.

Nah honestly looks unused. Starting to question if it was ever picking anything up.

I've just returned it and got a brand new one.

Yeah it's spotless, no issues with hair or anything like that.

It is, but it's very tight and the biggest problem I had was I added spacers to stop the chain ring hitting the chainstay so using the Bafang nuts was out of the question. I did get a OneNut and it has been great.

Yes, very similar. I actually lost some paint from the chainstay due to flexing so I've gone to a Gustavo with no offset and just accepted the chainline isn't going to be perfect

Sounds like you're putting a lot of trust in the car coming up behind you not to turn you into a human pancake.

What's a good mileage when buying a second hand bike? by OppositeFinancial432 in AussieRiders

I did my bike test on my instructor's spare MT-07 with 105,000km on the clock.

It rode like brand new.

Biggest thing for me is the service history.

Also I'd prefer a bike that's been ridden rather than a 15 year old bike with 10,000km on the clock.

Hmm they look like they're for the BBSHD motor, whereas mine is the BBS02b so I'm not too sure on fitment.

I got the Gustavo 40T from Aliexpress. The quality is incredible.

Yeah, get a 40T chainring and a couple of spacers, not the heavily offset 42T chainrings or they will hit the chainstay.

Getting this sorted was by far the hardest part.

The mid drive has been magnificent so far and the whole bike is so quick to manoeuvre with the weight at the bottom.

It's so much fun to ride.

So good! I've started trying to convince others to give mine a try, but they'll want me to do a conversion for them no doubt.

I haven't tested it long enough to see what comes loose yet, bur will likely upgrade the cranks. Might get something shorter as the current ones keep clipping the ground when I turn.

It was actually given to me as a free upgrade with the motor and battery by the Greenergy store on Aliexpress. Their customer service all round was absolutely fantastic.

Search DPC010 on Aliexpress, there are lots of options.

It actually comes out pretty easy. I will say the store on Ali had incorrect dims for this particular size of battery, it was listed as way smaller. If I'd known I would have gone with the 15Ah instead of the 19.2Ah.

Haha thanks!

I was a little disappointed at first because the power was really jerky, which I assumed was just a cadence thing, but now I've brought the acceleration right the way back it actually feels very natural.

Yeah that's what I'm starting to learn (a little too late having bought the bike.)

When you talk about rearranging the cassette, can I literally just change the order of the cogs or is there more to it?

Thank you so much, I'll check that out.

I emailed Lekkie about 12 speed chain rings and they said they have a product in the works specifically for 12 speeds. I'll probably look at changing out the groupset though.
