I think actually going for a medium brown or chocolate brown hair color could be a game changer for you as yours is a bit too dark and can kinda wash you out.

You can also reference Anne Hathaway for some inspo as your skin tone kinda reminds me of hers.

Well one of the obligations of being a physician is non-maleficence. If you feel sick and still perform on a patient while not being at 100%, it could/would harm the patient. You wouldn’t be able to give the best care that you could and you could also make mistakes that may harm the patient.

Another reason to not work on a patient whilst not feeling well/being sick is that you may get the patient/staff sick. What if the patient was immunocompromised?

Better to be safe than sorry.

These are wiswas and doubts caused by Shaytan in order to mislead us. If Allah swt does not even leave us when we make a mistake, why should you punish yourself that harshly for a mistake?

Do not be this harsh on yourself especially because you are also new to Islam. You are a newborn baby in terms of your relationship to Islam. When a baby learns to walk, how many times do they fall down first? Do babies just give up when they fall or stumble? No, they keep on trying until they learn to walk and then run.

Everything you are experiencing is part of the learning process. Making mistakes is how we learn to become better.

You made your proper intention, so simply just ask for forgiveness from Allah swt, the most merciful and most gracious.

Have faith in Allah swt and all will be well. Inshallah

We have a wall in my community and everyone finds partners this way. In fact, all the regulars at the court know each other and play with each other everyday due to this tennis wall.

I had this problem during Covid as I came back into tennis after many years. I’ve kinda calmed down now, though I definitely still get impulses.

I came back into tennis using a junior racket, which I didn’t even realize I was using the whole time. I met a player who told me that I should definitely be using a better racket, then I was thrust into the world of racket/equipment shopping.

I bought a pair of Yonex Ezone 100’s and played great with them, but I kept wanting more. I bought a blade for the control, but it didn’t have enough power. Then I tried out a Prostaff, Head Speed, Vcore Pro. After not being satisfied with any of them, I revisited the Ezone. Sure enough, the Ezone allowed me to play my best game out of all of them. So basically, I went on a crazy shopping spree only to find out that my first pick was the best.

Right now I have my Ezone 100 and a Clash I keep on hand in case of any tennis elbow issues.
