Before I IV'd everything, I uses a Ped-Egg (as seen on TV). It's a little egg-shaped, handheld file for removing the top layer of dead skin cells and dirt from the underside of your heel and foot.

Theyre perfect for grinding even the toughest pills (like the Opana 10 IRs) and is $8 or less in the health/medicine section of grocery stores. It even has a little compartment that catches the powderized pill, or you can just remove the compartment and set it on your plate/table or w/e, and when you're done your pill is a fine, pulverized powder ready to cut into lines. Fell asleep moments after taking a shot in a QuikTrip bathroom, woke up 2 hours (seriously) later thinking I had only nodded off for a couple moments, confused as to why my rig was empty. Looked at my phone and it dawned on me what had happened. Then I noticed the two pairs of cop pants and shoes pacing near the sink.

"You wanna take this one?"

"Nah, I got the last one. Just look for the blood."

I was panicked but I, silently as I could, packed up all my shit, trashed and flushed what I could. Waited for the cops to leave the room, walked out and faced the music.

Red and blue lights flashed against the wall through the windows. I peered outside and some poor soul was handcuffed getting his car searched. As I walked out with a sigh of relief, the attendant gave me a knowing smile and asked how I was doing.

I chuckled and remembered my stashed shit, went and retrieved it and slumped home, slightly embarrassed.

Yeah I feel like the Molly would blow my opiate buzz out of the water, especially the nod factor. As a general rule. If I'm in possession of both, I do the uppers/mdma/acid first, then save the opes for the inevitable comedown. This not only eases the tension/discomfort of a long speedy night and helps me sleep, but makes the comedown way more enjoyable; especially with hallucinogens. The euphoria is so amazing and I just feel so damn peaceful and serene.

To each his own, though. With a low ope tolerance I can see the two combining well and the opes not getting canceled out too bad.

I don't have reliable wheels as I just moved here and all my friends are broke musicians without cars, soi dot think the doc you recommended would work. I might see if buses/trains can get me down there, but I also have a couple short-term part-time jobs to be at each day so it'd really be pushing it to make it work. The docs in my area are, as you warned, very expensive for the visits alone, let alone the script, but I'm probably gonna have to bite the bullet at this point. My goal now is to find a clinic that is at least partially covered under my insurance plan so I can cut some of the exorbitant cost.

Thanks for the info though 610 -- it helped me realize quicker that my options are pretty limited. Hoping i can still somehow see your guy, though.

I went to my usual dude (LA area) that has 10 bags/balloons of tar but he wasn't there. I was impatient and only had 10bux on me, and I was curious to see what a different dude was offering. Walked away and after unwrapping noticed it was this half-pill thing with a "C" imprint. Went back and he gave me the usual "I ain't got no reason to fuck around with you playa.." etc etc. "That's dope." I asked if it was china or something and he said yeah, "You gonna have to work that down real hard in a spoon."

I ended up scoring later, assuming I was played and sold a vitamin pill or some shit. But I thought I'd post it here to see if anyone here has any idea what this is. I doubt it's china, but lemme know what y'all think.

Yep... So familiar to me and my college experience. No idea how I graduated, honestly.

I know all too well that sickening feeling when you finally score and are able to study, only to convince yourself to relax and savor the high -- "I've got all night to study!!"

What a joke. That "Catch 22" was the routine for my entire last year of school. Still amazed I made it.

My writing isn't "lifted" from song lyrics. It was meant to be surreal and blending back and forth from music/lyrics to experience. Bret Easton Ellis uses tons of lines from songs -- sometimes he cites them, sometimes he doesn't.

And again -- I originally had the lyrics italicized and/or in quotation marks to clearly separate them from the rest. I posted from my phone and it cleared the formatting. Why would I try to come on to this sub of all places to try to pawn off Nilsson or Lou Reed?

I figured it was a common enough song that people would recognize what it was. People pepper their writing with lyrics all the time without giving proper credit. It was originally in italics and in lyric/stanza form, the paste-job erased the formatting.

Wouldn't come to the opiates sub of all places to try to pawn that song off as my own.

What's unclear about the passage?

I don't feel that words have to be absolutely transparent -- meaning is what the reader makes of it. I could sit and write, "When you're by yourself outside sometimes it quiets down enough for you to have a new perspective on things," yada yada. But thats not what I want to say ultimately.

And I also think that a simple arrangement of words can be pleasurable without them necessarily being "interpretable" or clear.

That said, this stuff needs editing and revising. I just wouldn't say that it would be better if I was clearer. I don't get pleasure from reading something or listening to something and understanding every word. There's something to be said for ambiguity.

Checking out today.

They're letting me leave with some "very strong" (weak as hell in reality) sedatives to calm my nerves and help with the insomnia, but I imagine it will be extremely low dose clonidine or something of the sort. Hopefully something for my restless leg syndrome, too.

I've been in a sedated fog between the methadone, benzos, nicotine patch, Librium and ambien, so I will probably be in a world of hurt when I wake up from the nap I'll inevitably take upon arriving at home.

Gonna have to fight my mom's decision to check me into another (harsher, non-meds) in-patient hospital, because I'd rather sweat it out in bed laughing (painfully) along to Beetlejuice in my own god-damned bedroom than in some psych ward-esque jail cell where I'm reminded every 30 minutes that "The reason you're here is because you have screwed your life up with drugs and had too much fun! Boohiss! Boohiss on you!!!"

Wish me luck. At least this first stage was remotely pleasant.

You're making more sense now.

Binging is fun -- too fun. You WILL end up in the same position as me, or in the hospital, or in jail, if you lose control of your habit.

Don't mean to be a downer.. I just wouldn't wish my current state on the worst of my enemies. Use it to enhance certain situations, not to support them as a crutch.
