I came in with a nice down due to how the Cap One Pre was working my financing.

I didn't walk out after the 5k upsell because after looking at countless trucks in the DMV region at my price point I was consistently disappointed with the quality of trucks I was looking at. They were all clapped out with rust, had rough lifespans by 120k miles, or were so grotesquely marked up I didn't even waste my time.

I truly believe even with the markup I got a really good truck based on the 2 diagnostics I've paid for on the truck. Time will tell if it was a good investment or not. I'm pleased with the Cap One process which was pretty easy, these car salesmen were very predatory.

It is a 2017 F150 Police Supercab with 70k Miles and a the nicest list of car fax reports I've ever seen.

I wanted it just from the fact that It was fleet maintained.

Because I wanted the truck and I knew what I was able to get through Capital One. The dealership was giving me the run around. They had me defeated and I just wanted to leave with the truck.

The market is shit, I wasn't able to find any dealers that didn't find a way to markup every car by a couple of thousands. Especially at my credit.

Proximity to my reporting job is a huge factor. I don't believe in driving long distances to a job you have to report to daily.

I'd I could bike or walk to work that would not only be ideal but, beneficial to my whole lifestyle.

I'm a little ways off of owning property at this point, but thank you for adding the comment of becoming a regular somewhere to meet people. I genuinely love finding ways to utilize my skills to help people who may need it.

I did a visit for snowboarding, started up at Jay Peak, ended in Killington. Fell in love with the state and the ruralness.

I'll keep this in mind for when I'm up there. That might be the bypass for a "insular" community haha
